• modify, copy, sell, or distribute the Content;
• use the Content for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Content;
• transfer the Content to another person or “mirror” the Content on any other server;
• use the Content or Services in any way that violates these Terms of Service or any applicable laws or regulations;
• use the Content or Services in any way that infringes the rights of others, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of Followdroid, its licensors or other respective rights holders.

(b) This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of the restrictions mentioned above and may also be terminated by Followdroid at any time, including in the case of breach of these Terms of Service by you. Upon terminating your viewing of the Content or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded Content in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
(c) The Content and all materials contained in the Website are protected by copyright and the applicable intellectual property laws.

Services Provision
(a) Followdroid is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook and similar or any of their affiliates in any way. It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram and Facebook rules and policies, and similar socila media providers’ rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use the Services at your own risk.
(b) Followdroid is not responsible for your actions and their consequences. Followdroid is not to blame if your Instagram, Facebook and similar account is banned for any reason. 
Followdroid requires your Instagram, Facebook and similar username to obtain all required information for the usage of the relevant API. Followdroid does not store, give away, or otherwise distribute your username to any third parties.
(c) The expected number of followers, likes, and views within the Services is not guaranteed to you in any way.
(d) Followdroid does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the Services.
(e) It is your sole responsibility to ensure your accounts are set to “public” setting during their use within the Services. Any downtime of the Services in relation to you coused by changing your profile to “private” setting will not result in any payment reimbursement to you for that period of downtime.
(f) Followdroid reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of the Service or any of the Content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability to you. 
(g) Modifications to Content or Services: As a general matter, the offered Content or Services will be provided to you without modification. Followdroid may update the Content or Services to maintain conformity. Followdroid reserves the right to make other modifications provided that such modifications will be made for correction of errors, security or legal compliance reasons, and will be at no additional cost to you. If that being the case, Followdroid will inform you of the nature of the modification and of your rights via email or by using other technically available means. Followdroid may also provide you with the option of maintaining the obtained Content or Services in its existing form without modification at no additional cost.

Disclaimer
The Content and the materials on the Website are provided on “as is” basis. Followdroid makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Followdroid does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the Content or the materials on the Website or other materials and sites linked to the Website.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Followdroid or its suppliers and licensors be liable for any loss, damage or expense (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) suffered or incurred by you or any other person arising out of or in connection to the use or inability to use the Content or the materials on the Website, even if Followdroid or a Followdroid’s authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage or loss. Except where prohibited by law, in no event and under no legal theory, whether tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise, will Followdroid or its licensors or suppliers be liable to you for any indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Payments
(a) Payments on the Website are processed by using a secure and verified payment gateway, with no sensitive financial information being input through the Website, and payment processing services provided by a reliable payment provider. Secure method of accepting payments is provided by using SSL encryption.
(b) By purchasing our Services, you are explicitly agreeing that you clearly understand and agree to the Services you are purchasing and payment conditions mentioned at the time of your purchase. Furthermore, you warrant that you have authorization to use the credit card, debit card or any other payment method supported by the Website to make the purchase.
(c) All payments shall be made in EUR or in such other currency that selected by you at the time of your purchase.
(d) Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a chargeback or payment dispute, Followdroid retains the right, in its sole discretion, to cease providing the Services to you, including to reset all followers and likes within the Services, and/or terminate your lisence under these Terms of Service and/or permanently ban your accsess rights to the Services or Website. You acknowledge and agree that any chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals will be processed by addressing them to the Followdroid’s customer support team and in accordance with the "Refund and Complaint Resolution Policy" section below.

Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on the Website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Followdroid does not warrant that any of the materials on the Website are accurate, complete, or current. Followdroid may make changes to the materials contained on the Website at any time without notice to you. Followdroid does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials on the Website.

Followdroid has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Followdroid of the site. Use of any such linked site is at your own risk.

Modifications to Terms of Service
Followdroid may revise, modify or update these to Terms of Service at any time without notice to you. By continuing to use the Services or the Website after the effective date of any modifications to the Terms of Service, you agree to be bound by the modified terms. It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms of Service have modified and at all times be acquainted with the current version of these Terms of Service.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or the use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Lithuania without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Delivery Policy
(a) No physical product will be shipped from the Website. The Services are provided in a digital form, such as likes, views, or followers features, and will be electronically delivered to you shortly after your purchase through the Website is confirmed.
(b) Once your payment is confirmed, the delivery of your Services’ order will be initiated instantly. Upon request, you may also ask Followdroid to provide a confirmation of the completion of your order. The information about the purchase of the Services will be sent to you using your e-mail address. Where applicable, you will receive the purchased Services by means of a download link that will be sent to you.

Cancellation Policy
You have the right to request a cancellation of the Services’ order only in the case where such order has not yet been accepted for processing (meaning, the payment for the order has not been received, or the delivery of the Services’ order has not started yet). The Services’ order cannot be cancelled once you start to receive the Services or Content ordered or when the delivery is completed.

Refund and Complaint Resolution Policy
(a) Refunds: If you are not completely satisfied with the Services you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of your confirmed purchase. You may also request a refund for the purchased Services in the following cases: (1) if the purchased Services or the Content were not delivered to you within the scheduled delivery time, or (2) if you made repeated payment to one Services’ order, we will refund the amount of one or multiple payments that is deemed overpaid. You are not allowed to apply for a refund for the unpaid Services’ order. For any other reason not covered above in refund conditions we are not able to provide a refund to you. All refunds will be processed through our customer support team. To obtain your refund, write to our customer support team via email at support@followdroid.com. Followdroid reserves the right to meet customer satisfaction and all refunds will be processed promtly and with due care. Refunds are not applicable to the provided Content, if such Content includes downloadable files (for example, images or software) that have been downloaded by you after purchase, since it is impossible to return or undo these files.
(b) Complaint Resolution: You may contact our customer support team if you have specific comments, claims or complaints. You may submit a complaint at support@followdroid.com. Upon receipt of a complaint, Followdroid is required to investigate and notify you of the results within 14 days. If you are dissatisfied with the results of our investigation, you may resort to litigation or use all other legal remedies provided by applicable law to protect your rights. If a dispute arises between you and Followdroid relating to these Terms of Service or the Services, you and Followdroid agree to hold amicable negotiations in good faith before commencing litigation. When such dispute cannot be resolved by direct amicable negotiation, it shall be sibmitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania for settlement.
